Talley Tax Advisory
Tax Advisory is a year-round tax relationship through Talley Tax. One monthly fee covers the return, the planning windows through the year, and the estimates and letters in between.
Tax Advisory is provided through Talley Tax, a separate tax preparation business operated by David Talley. Talley Tax is separate from Talley Wealth, but the philosophy is the same: decisions are easier when someone is looking forward with you. Tax preparation is optional for Talley Wealth clients and priced separately.

Every relationship here begins with the Keystone Method, the six-month engagement that puts the full financial picture in order, taxes included.
From there, the work continues along two paths. Wealth Advisory carries the planning, the strategy, and the investments. Tax Advisory carries the tax year. Tax strategy sits where the two overlap, and many families choose both.

What Tax Advisory Means
Tax Advisory is one relationship that carries the whole tax year. It covers three things.

Prepared, reviewed, and signed by David. Documents come in through your secure client portal, the finished return is delivered there with a plain-English summary of what it says, and the e-file authorization is signed there from your phone. After filing, we review what the return revealed and schedule the follow-ups.

A spring withholding and estimates reset, a summer projection once the year has shape, and a fall strategy conversation while decisions are still open.

Every decision gets its own deadline the day it is made, and each one is carried on its own timeline. Quarterly estimates calculated and sent, IRS letters handled by the office, and tax questions answered as they come up, with no hourly meter.
And for advisory families, the piece nobody else can offer: the same firm that manages the portfolio signs the return, so nothing falls into the gap between an advisor and a preparer who never talk.

The return is prepared and filed, and we note what it revealed for the year ahead.

Some decisions close April 15, some plans have to exist by October 1, some strategies run for months. Each one is carried on its own timeline, with a final confirmation before December 31 for anything the year is about to close on.

Everything runs through one secure client portal. When the work begins you receive an activation email to set up your login. After that, you upload documents there as they arrive, and photographing them with your phone works. The finished return is delivered there with a plain-English summary, and the e-file authorization is signed there. The monthly fee runs automatically once you authorize it. Nothing sensitive travels by email.
